We Direct Bill to Your Benefits!

Our office is pleased to offer direct billing services to your Extended Health Benefit Provider. To enable this service, we require a valid Credit Card or Visa Debit to be kept on file for any charges not covered by your Benefit Provider. This information will be collected during your initial visit with us and help securely.

Please note that your credit card will only be charged for the outstanding balance once we have received a response/payment from the insurance company. Prior to charging your card, our office will contact you to confirm the amount to be paid.

It’s important to understand that certain extended health benefit companies require a Physician’s Referral for Massage Therapy. You will need to contact them directly to determine their specific requirements. If a referral is necessary, it must be submitted to your benefit company (not to us) before your scheduled massage treatment date to ensure adequate processing time.

*If you have Medavie Blue Cross coverage as an RCMP member, please either email us your required doctor’s note before your appointment or bring it with you when you come in for treatment.*
